When will I receive my items?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 1 business day of purchase. Standard shipping times apply after that.

You can check your shipping details and estimated delivery date by clicking the tracking link in your order confirmation email.


International orders may experience delays due to customs regulations in your country. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at contact@djprostore.com .



Where is my item?

You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email (sent once your product has shipped). Alternatively, you can enter your order number in the "Track Packages" section on our website under the Support tab.



What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard .



Do you accept pre-paid gift cards?

No, we currently do not accept pre-paid gift cards.



Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States .

I keep getting an error message — what should I do?

Please reach out to us and describe the error you're encountering. We'll look into it and fix it promptly.



I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. If we catch it before the item is shipped, we can update it for you. If the item has already shipped, we’ll need to wait for it to be returned before resending it.



What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns

To return an item, please contact us at contact@djprostore.com within 60 days of delivery . Follow these steps:


  • Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  • All products must be returned in new, unused condition.
  • If the item arrived damaged, please contact Customer Service directly for assistance.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please email us at contact@djprostore.com and we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange.



What happens if the item was "Returned to Sender"?

If your package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will resend it to you at no additional cost .



What happens if my item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or with defects due to our error, we will replace it at no cost to you. You are not required to return the damaged item unless requested. If we are unable to replace the item due to inventory issues, we will either refund your purchase or offer a comparable replacement of your choice.



What do I do if I received the wrong product or a defective item?

We’re truly sorry if this happens. Please email us at contact@djprostore.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will:


  • Send you the correct product right away.
  • Cover all shipping costs to return the incorrect or defective item.
  • Make it right — we’re human, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
